It is not possible to undo a service after it has been initiated or delivered. 2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds shall only be done under the following circumstances:

Order Not Started: In case you have not received a start on your order or are waiting to receive one, then you are entitled to a full refund provided you do so within 24 hours of purchase.

Service Non-delivery: In case we fail to deliver the service that was purchased because of technical problems within the company, you can possibly get a full or a partial refund.

Duplicate Payment: In case a customer is charged twice because of an order, we will refund the difference amount after a confirmation.

Any kind of refund demands should be made via our official communication avenues.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Under the following circumstances, the refunds will not be issued:

  • If service is dropped our server not refunding us.
  • If service is dropped our server status is pending.
  • Boostfree will not compensate for delays or performance problems related to updates of social media platforms, their limitations and circumstances, or which are beyond our control.

4. Partial Refunds

In some instances, in case a part of the service has been rendered a partial refund can be made. The percentage of work completed at the time of request will be used to calculate the degree of refund amount.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only when the service has not commenced yet. Cancellation may not be taken once processing has started.

6. Refund Processing Time

The approved refunds will be made in the same form of payment in 10-40 days of business. The time consumed in processing time can differ according to your bank or payment provider. Boostfree will not be liable in any delay on the part of banks, payment processors and other financial institutions.
